Shipping Rates and Policies
Domestic Orders
Super Shopper Outlet Stores ships all U.S. bound orders via either UPS Ground, FedEx, United States Postal Service, or other Certified Shipping Service. Rates are based on current UPS Ground, FedEx, USPS, or other Certified Shipping Service rates, your zip code, and the weight of the product.
International Orders
Super Shopper Outlet Stores is pleased to support the international shopping community! Almost one fourth of our orders are now shipped outside of the U.S.A.
We can ship most of our products overseas, yet there are some restricted items that we cannot ship outside of the United States. Some of these restrictions are complicated, so if you have any questions, please feel free to call us or send our customer service an email.
Super Shopper Outlet Stores uses multiple companies to ship products internationally. Our main carrier is UPS, which is safe and easy to track. We also use FedEx, which is also very accurate and extremely fast, but is more expensive than some alternative options.
Unless otherwise specified, the best shipping method/rate will automatically be chosen for you. If you make prior arrangements with us, you can have a choice between US Post Office (USPS), UPS or FedEx methods/rates. If the product is very important or expensive, we of course recommend UPS. We will typically send packages via UPS, which are automatically covered for up to $100 against loss or damage. For items valued over $100, we recommend you request additional insurance coverage; only 35 cents ($0.35) per $100 of protection.
If you would like a less expensive shipping quote, please feel free to send us an email before placing an order and we will provide an exact shipping quote. Please be sure to let us know what products you are interested in and your shipping information, including country and postal code. You may also place an order and choose "Contact me with less expensive shipping options" and we will email you an exact shipping quote. Important Notes: All international shipments may be subject to local duties and taxes. These taxes are in addition to what you pay us for the product and shipping. The average price of these duties is US $15.00. This fee may be collected by your customs office or by the UPS broker in your country. Sometimes no fee is required at all. We do not receive any benefit from these taxes, nor can we predict or alter the amount charged by local customs officers. All local taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the recipient. If you have concerns regarding duties please contact your local customs office.
Note: To serve you best we highly suggest using UPS International Express service for all international orders. This is a fast, trackable, insurable shipping method. Destination times are approximately 3-days to all major countries, but because customs can cause delays we cannot guarantee a precise delivery date for foreign shipments. If ordering large shipments (over 5 kg) this option can be cheaper than economy. Always email us if shipping is a concern.
Shipments to PO Boxes by UPS is possible in some countries, but most orders to PO Boxes will be shipped by EMI (Express Mail International), a service of United States Postal Service. Air Parcel Post is available only for small value shipments. It takes at least 7 to 10 days and is not traceable. We do not accept responsibility for orders lost or stolen by international Post Office. If this concerns you, then we suggest shipping with UPS.
