Artisan's Roast - El Salvador 100% Bourbon Coffee (Varietal Arabica Coffee) is a Single Origin Coffee from El Salvador.  We proudly roast this coffee with a centuries old technique using just the right temperature and humidity in our slow roasting process.

This is a classic cultivar coffee (specialized through cultivation) that is bright, aromatic, and balanced with semi-sweet chocolate characteristics.  The darker this yummy gourmet coffee is roasted, the more bittersweet the chocolates notes are.

This is a very dependable coffee and tends to be softer and exhibit less acidity than the typical Central American coffees.  The diminished and gentle acidity, as well as the coffee's balance and sweetness, have also made El Salvador coffees a great choice for use in coffee blends.
